Job summary

Sonoco is seeking a Production Worker for onsite duties in West Chester, OH. You will support the packing line, retrieve products from equipment and operate machinery while maintaining safety and quality. The role requires good attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment.

Second shift details apply: 2:45pm-11pm with a $0.75 shift differential. Prior manufacturing experience and punctuality are valued as you help drive efficient production and uphold Sonoco’s standards of

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or related training.
• Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions and perform basic math.
• Punctuality and strong attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to complete basic manufacturing tasks.
• Pack product into boxes, retrieve product from equipment and operate machinery.
• Make incremental process adjustments and monitor product quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Assist other departments as needed.
