• Ability to operate machinery and detect problems.
• Ability to visually inspect materials as they are produced.
• Ability to instruct and train other employees.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety practices and procedures as specified in plant directives.
• Supports food safety system guidelines.
• Stages and maintains packaging materials and follows correct procedures.
• Places work order tickets on finished skid.
• Performs and assists in maintaining production equipment.
• Follows SOPs for area of responsibility.
• Communicates effectively and maintains positive work relationships.
• Works assigned schedule, may rotate days/nights, overtime as needed.
• Maintains safety and healthful working conditions.
