Job summary

Spring Valley's Jackson, WI plant is seeking Production Associates experienced in operating front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to support bulk material handling and blending operations.

You will load/move bulk materials, stack 50 lb bags, monitor machines, and assist with inventory and housekeeping while upholding safety and quality standards. Second shift is required (2:15 pm–12:45 am), with benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:15 pm–12:45 am Mon–Thu).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to transport bulk materials.
• Stack 50 lb bags on pallets and wrap for shipping.
• Mix and blend materials for fertilizer and ice melter.
• Run and monitor machines to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operate a forklift to move pallets between buildings.
• General clean-up and participation in multiple projects as needed.
