Cardinal Health is hiring for a 2nd Shift Production Operator in LaVergne, TN. The role operates with a 3:30pm–2:00am schedule, with possible overtime and additional Fridays/Saturdays based on business needs.

Responsibilities include packaging finished products, loading materials, basic machine troubleshooting, and creating/adjusting product labels. Qualified candidates typically have 1–2 years of experience and a High School diploma or equivalent.

Production Operation operates light-duty bench- or floor-type machine tools and automation equipment. May set up machining machines and make adjustments, and perform maintenance on machines. Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances. Some machines may be numerically controlled. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. ***Job Summary*** The Operator II, Production Operations is an entry level position at the facility responsible for the manual operational tasks within the production facility. The job is responsible for escalating major production issues and resolving minor issues as applicable.
