Unilever Jonesboro is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:15 pm, Monday to Friday). You will operate in a collaborative maintenance team, performing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, document work in CMMS, and support installations and upgrades while coordinating with engineering, safety, and quality teams.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a production line mechanic or facilities mechanic.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate with all plant levels.

Aufgaben

• Functions as a member of the shift Maintenance Team to resolve equipment problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs during shutdowns, possibly weekends.
• Repair faulty or worn equipment and implement preventive measures to reduce future failures.
• Diagnose electrical problems using voltmeters and probes.
• Conduct root cause/breakdown analysis via the EWO process.
• Document work schedules, parts used, and maintenance in CMMS.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to improve PM, TBM, and CBM processes.
• Assist with installation/start-up of new equipment and vendor coordination.
