Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Richmond, VA. The role oversees the shift team to safely produce quality products while coaching employees toward Operational Excellence standards.

The ideal candidate will lead, train and motivate the team, communicate effectively with operations leadership, and drive continuous improvement in productivity and safety. Experience in manufacturing settings and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years operational experience including 1+ years supervisory experience
• Proficiency with HR systems, inventory software and MS Office
• Willingness to work any shift
• Experience leading, developing and mentoring teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a production environment and make sound decisions
• Demonstrated employee engagement skills
• Fluency in English

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing (preferred)
• Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Spanish fluency (preferred)
