Job summary

Molex seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the stamping team at our Lincoln, Nebraska facility. You will develop employees, drive accountability, support daily operations, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday (3pm-11pm). You will coach and develop, monitor safety, quality, productivity, and delivery metrics, conduct daily huddles, and partner with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Operations to remove barriers and drive results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, supervising, coaching or developing employees.
• Ability to drive accountability and lead teams toward goals.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Strong communication and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production employees with accountability.
• Drive daily operations by monitoring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
• Conduct daily team huddles and communicate expectations and goals.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Operations to improve performance.
• Support employee development through coaching and training.
• Promote safe work practices and policy compliance.
• Address production challenges using structured problem solving.
• Maintain staffing, work assignments, and resource alignment.
