Molex's Lincoln, NE facility is seeking Production Associates to operate assembly machines, supply materials, and support presses and auxiliary equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will perform visual and in-process checks, read and follow operator guides, and ensure accurate documentation while meeting customer standards. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience operating assembly machines and reading operator instructions.
• Ability to perform visual, in-process and final checks per quality criteria.
• Capable of accurate documentation and following work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate assembly machines to ensure proper running.
• Supply materials as needed and assist with presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Package parts per customer standards and communicate status across shifts.
• Complete documentation using good documentation practices.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other duties as assigned.
