Job summary

Molex is seeking production associates at our Lincoln, NE facility to monitor and operate assembly machines, supply materials, and support presses and auxiliary equipment. The role requires following operator guides, completing documentation, and ensuring parts meet quality criteria.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate assembly machines to ensure they are running properly and supply materials as needed
• Work with Operators providing support with presses and auxiliary equipment used in the production process
• Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts per quality criteria
• Package parts according to customer standards
• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shifts
• Report to your workstation at the agreed upon time
• Complete all documentation accurately using good documentation practices
• Regularly lifting boxes of finished product up to 50 pounds
• Other duties as assigned
