Sonoco is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the 2nd shift in West Chicago, IL. You will lead the on-site manufacturing team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while managing labor and materials for the shift.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (business/science/engineering) and 2+ years of supervisory experience. You will work 2:15 pm – 11:00 pm, with a base salary of $93,600–$105,300 and a 12.5% quarterly bonus.

• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams.
• Strong safety and regulatory awareness.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety, quality, productivity, and employee relations for the shift.
• Schedule shift, cover vacations and overtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, lean).
• Coordinate production to meet demand and control costs.
• Hire, train, and mentor hourly staff; address performance issues.
