Pilgrim’s Live Oak, FL facility is seeking an Operations Management Support professional to oversee daily production floor activities. You will ensure targets are met while upholding high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency, coordinating team duties, monitoring equipment and workflow, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

This role requires 2nd shift availability and hands-on leadership on the production line, with responsibilities including training, staffing,

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience leading 20+ employees; Poultry/food industry experience a plus.
• Skills: Effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
