Answering to the General Manager, you will build and grow the team, anticipate challenges, and drive on-time output in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of industry or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• HAZWOPER training and forklift license required.
• Hands-on factory-floor management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong leadership, organization, and clear communication skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Reliable attendance and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Own the production schedule — set work schedules and staff to meet goals.
• Organize daily work, direct and assist employees, place staff for productivity.
• Develop training schedules for new hires and evaluate performance.
• Maintain department records (attendance, performance evaluations).
• Develop, maintain, and adjust job routers.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce scrap and increase productivity.
• Conduct and document disciplinary actions.
• Prepare production, safety, and other reports for upper management.
• Set department objectives and goals to hit production targets.
• Enforce safe work practices and maintain housekeeping standards.
