Qualifications

Experience supervising employees within manufacturing, production, industrial, or military environments.
Bachelor's degree or higher required.
Experience managing print, corrugated/converting, or packaging production operations.
Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Drive safety excellence by promoting involvement and accountability; investigate incidents and mitigate hazards.
Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
Minimize waste by following best practices at machine centers.
Own the production process and coordinate with Production, Quality, Shipping, and Maintenance teams.
Provide leadership and support across all facility functions.
Engage in continuous improvement leveraging capability groups within GEORGIA-PACIFIC.
