Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4:00pm-2:30am) to lead safety, quality, and output on the manufacturing floor. You will coach a production team, monitor performance, and drive training and development with the site leadership.

You will ensure SOP, BOM, Quality Standards, and GMP/QSR compliance while delivering on-time production, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience supervising production employees in manufacturing.
• Safe and quality work ethic; understand SOPs related to department activities.
• Knowledge of materials and inventory control, production scheduling; ISO environment and WCM programs.

Responsibilities

• Actively lead safety and environmental initiatives on the production floor.
• Monitor performance of the production team and develop action plans for training.
• Lead and coach direct reports and support site leadership as needed.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Safety initiatives to meet world-class performance.
• Understand and enforce SOPs, BOMs, Quality Standards, GMP & QSR requirements.
• Set production schedules and manage on-time delivery; report on performance metrics.
• Lead development and coaching of employees and document progress.
