Qualifications

• 2-3 years in manufacturing with 1+ year in supervision.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ISO, OSHA and quality standards.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Ability to mentor and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates across production areas.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare production records and report status.
