Job summary

R4 Industrial USA, part of GPI Beauty, is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Las Vegas, NV site. This full-time, on-site role oversees daily manufacturing activities, ensures schedules and safety protocols are followed, and collaborates with teams to maintain product quality.

You will coach staff, monitor equipment, manage staffing and resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost throughput and efficiency. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory experience leading production teams.
• Ability to create and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Experience in production planning and resource allocation.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams and management.
• Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and continuous improvement.
• Background in manufacturing, preferably packaging or plastics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities on the manufacturing floor.
• Ensure schedules are met and products meet quality standards.
• Coordinate staffing, resources, and equipment usage.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and quality teams; coach staff.
