Responsibilities

• Be a decision maker and problem solver for the site to maximize efficiency.
• Coach leads and support leadership development and performance.
• Supervise department leads and support production activities daily.
• Manage attendance, performance goals, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assess performance, plan improvements, and implement actions.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity through regular audits and coaching.
• Update work instructions and sustain 5S, lean, and CI initiatives.
• Manage staffing levels, shift schedules, and overtime to meet demand.
• Train on safety, quality, and processes; pursue ongoing learning.
