ATC Drivetrain UK Ltd in Oklahoma City seeks a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead production employees, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. You will interview, hire, train, assign, and direct work while upholding TS16949 and ISO 14001 compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising up to 120 staff, coordinating with HR, tracking performance, maintaining training records, and driving lean improvements.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum three years’ leadership/supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
• Supervisory experience, higher education/training, or equivalent combination.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise up to 120 employees and be accountable for activities in their area.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, delivery and cost standards and apply policies.
• Coach and evaluate performance; coordinate with HR for training and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain training records and cross-training effectiveness; ensure downtime is minimized.
• Organize work for smooth operations based on production needs and line efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing techniques and visual controls.
