Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• 5 years of experience in Plant Management, 1-3 years supervisory experience.
• Competencies include Production Operations, GMP, Lean/CI, Scheduling, Safety Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the factory production and production support teams for daily execution of the production plan to maximise output and minimize cost.
• Ensure supply continuity by collaborating with the supply chain team to meet customer/sales needs.
• Provide leadership across the factory including direct and indirect labor and shift teams.
• Maintain factory KPI’s and cost roadmaps, and drive improvements in MES and related systems.
