Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the production line, align resources, and drive output while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of plant management experience, with 1–3 years in supervisory roles. You will collaborate with supply, commercial, and technical teams to optimize the site P&L and manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• 5 years of experience in Plant Management, 1-3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of assembly/production processes, safety, and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the factory production and production support teams to maximize output and minimize cost.
• Ensure supply continuity with the broader supply chain to meet customer needs.
• Provide leadership across the factory, including direct and indirect staff.
• Oversee quality stewardship of products and assets to satisfy customers.
• Coach and develop supervisors and staff; drive site safety and performance.
• Maintain factory KPI’s, cost roadmaps, and MES system improvements.
