The Lozier Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a designated area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. This role supervises teams, maintains workflow, and supports continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in manufacturing, knowledge of ERP/WMS, and a track record of lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education as specified: associate required; bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing/warehouse experience; 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet SQDCM goals.
• Lead and develop production teams; ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage inventory accuracy.
