Riviana Foods Inc. in Colusa, CA seeks a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee multiple blending, packaging, and processing lines while driving food safety, worker safety, and productivity improvements.

You will collaborate with the 1st Shift Supervisor and Plant Manager to manage daily production and scheduling, coach a diverse team, and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

Formación

• 3-5 years in a production environment; 5-8 years preferred.
• Experience supervising production teams and coaching employees.
• Food manufacturing and packaging experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and GFSI standards.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with 1st Shift to coordinate production needs and scheduling.
• Supervise all 2nd shift operations and personnel.
• Promote food safety and quality assurance mindset.
• Follow schedules and manage peak demand workloads.
• Lead continuous improvements for facilities and process efficiency.
• Conduct safety meetings and coordinate with HR on personnel concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance with the Maintenance Department.
• Participate in staffing interviews and performance reviews.
