Banner Engineering Corp. in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3 pm - 1:30 am, Monday–Thursday). You will oversee daily manufacturing operations and supervise production employees across all lines.

This exempt role requires coordinating staffing with HR, coaching performance, ensuring safety and quality standards, and communicating shift outcomes to management. Banner offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with 5+ years in production, or 7+ years in production without a degree.
• 3+ years of experience managing hourly employees.
• Experience in PCBA, sub assembly, and finished goods electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables; Oracle experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production employees and maintain staffing levels.
• Lead interview and hiring processes with Human Resources.
• Monitor daily performance to meet productivity goals and coach for improvement.
• Communicate company and plant information to employees.
• Summarize shift outcomes and report to management at shift end.
• Work across all production lines to understand processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure training, safety, quality, and production standards are met.
• Open and close the facility when necessary.
