• Lead and supervise 2nd shift production teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals.
• Coordinate daily production activities, staffing, and workflow to satisfy schedules and customer requirements.
• Conduct start-up meetings, tier meetings, and performance reviews to communicate priorities and drive accountability.
• Ensure adherence to standard work, safety policies, environmental requirements, and quality standards.
• Coach and develop team members while addressing attendance and performance in line with company policies.
