Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and schedule attainment.

• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to close performance gaps.
• Maintain standard work, procedures, and quality requirements across shifts.
• Coordinate staffing and shift coverage to meet production needs.
• Coach and develop employees to improve performance and skills.
