Kraft Heinz in Dover Plant is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2PM-11PM) to lead manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will guide a team of hourly associates, implement continuous improvement, and collaborate with plant leadership.

The role requires a BA/BS preferred and 2+ years supervising in manufacturing; strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supervisor role.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of hourly associates.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift.
