• Oversee daily production activities and coordinate resources.

• Monitor performance, downtime, and changeovers; address issues.
• Ensure safety procedures, GMPs, and housekeeping are followed.
• Verify product quality and complete inspections and documentation.
• Communicate status and needs with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and management.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions within authority.
