Job summary

TreeHouse Foods? QA Lead, 2nd Shift position at Manawa location is seeking a QA Lead to support hourly team members in Quality operations. You will be the first point of contact for issue resolution within the department and drive improvements across the plant.

The role requires coaching, audits, and safe operating practices in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 6-12 months of leadership experience and 1-3 years in FS&Q, with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of employee training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of Food Safety & Quality (FS&Q) or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP, data entry)
• A positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow, schedules, and task assignments to support production needs.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards through audits and documentation.
• Train, coach, and support employees on FS&Q and safety procedures.
• Drive improvements using CI tools and track/report performance metrics and conduct audits.
• Serve as a backup for various QA Tech roles, cover as needed
