Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Bakery/Food/Beverage.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 20-80 employees, managing their performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Oversee inventory and production schedules to minimize waste and cost.
