A leading food manufacturing company in Grand Rapids is seeking a Supervisor responsible for overseeing production teams and ensuring efficiency in creating quality products. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Bakery or Food/Beverage sectors. Knowledge of SAP, GMP compliance, and strong communication skills are essential. This role demands compliance with health and safety regulations while managing a diverse team to meet production goals.

Formación

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Bakery/Food/Beverage.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of 20-80 employees, managing their performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Oversee inventory and production schedules to minimize waste and cost.
