Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience as a Shift Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly personnel in the Operations Department.
• Ensure safe, quality, and efficient production aligned to plans.
• Coordinate with maintenance, inspection, and production support groups.
• Lead daily shift changeover meetings and safety briefings.
• Maintain records of equipment, operating parameters and shift activities.
• Prepare daily equipment status and shift reports.
• Mentor and evaluate operator performance and conduct reviews.
