Responsibilities

• Lead hourly personnel and supervise daily shift activities for production targets.
• Ensure compliance with Sasol and site SHE, quality, and HR policies.
• Review performance of direct reports and provide guidance to improve output.
• Record process variables, material handling, and logistics data.
• Submit daily shift reports and relevant production logs for recordkeeping.
• Implement production plans according to approved schedules.
• Identify and address issues with management guidance as needed.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of samples to QC lab and adjust processes based on results.
• Complete call-out forms and verify hourly timesheets for accuracy.
• Train new and current employees on procedures and equipment operation.
