Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Machine Operator GL3 for the 2nd shift. The role requires precise adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and program modification to meet production needs.

You will serve as a final quality checkpoint before products reach customers and must follow food safety, GMPs, and safety standards. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, loading materials, monitoring lines, and performing safety checks.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in General Production 2.
• Basic understanding of production and procedures.
• Ability to use knives, saws, and a variety of machinery.
• Must be able to understand and comply with company rules/policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work area for pre- and post-operational activities.
• Load, unload, and transfer product to and from equipment and/or conveyors.
• Monitor production lines, identify issues, supply and replenish packaging materials as necessary.
• Sort, weigh, wrap, label, verify or measure product to meet specifications.
• Inspect and remove defective products and/or packaging materials from the process.
• Set up and tear down equipment and perform safe operation.
