Job summary

JBS is seeking an hourly Production Lead for 2nd shift to oversee a team on the production floor. The role focuses on meeting safety, quality, and productivity targets while maintaining clear communication across departments.

You will coaching teammates, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, and support scheduling, sanitation, and continuous improvement. This position requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, and the ability to work in a cold food processing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiar with GMP and HACCP programs; certifications a plus.
• Strong coaching, training, and disciplinary abilities.
• Proficient in English; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Good math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly members to achieve targets safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality.
• Provide training and enforce GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Maintain sanitation and product quality; monitor schedule and reduce waste.
• May take on additional duties as assigned.
