Qualifications

• Work safely on the floor 95% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-op and tear down based on shift.
• Coordinate lines setup and workflow.
• Review production issues and schedules; ensure product specs.
• Lead continuous improvement plant wide and train associates.
• Assign personnel to work stations and provide direction.
• Maintain legible documentation: lot tracking, waste, quality checks.
