Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, and picking operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe use of manufacturing equipment and monitor quality and productivity.
• Plan daily work schedules with vendors and internal departments.
• Manage employee training, development, performance, and corrective action.
• Lead regular workforce meetings to enhance operations and continuous improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
