Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production supervisors, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. The role focuses on quality, safety, and cost control while coordinating with other departments to meet production goals.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in manufacturing/ops, with leadership experience and knowledge of lean methods. A bonus program is available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and 4+ years in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience leading production supervisors or teams is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lean tools (Six Sigma, 5S, TPM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to production supervisors.
• Own production and shipping schedules while maintaining quality and cost controls.
• Plan workforce requirements and develop operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe and effective use of manufacturing equipment and support safety initiatives.
• Monitor quality and productivity; manage training, performance, and corrective actions.
• Lead regular workforce meetings to drive Business Management System and Operational Excellence.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
