Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, warehousing, and picking operations in our SC facility. You will lead manufacturing employees, coordinate with vendors and internal departments, and drive safety, quality, and productivity while supporting the company’s Operational Excellence focus areas.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience or completion of a development program, a minimum age of 18, and legal work authorization

Qualifications

Must have at least one year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations or completed a Sherwin-Williams Development Program in an Operations function.
Minimum age 18 and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, and picking operations.
Implement operational policies and procedures and ensure safe use of equipment.
Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost objectives.
Plan daily work schedule coordinating with outside vendors and internal departments.
Manage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action.
Conduct regular workforce meetings to enhance BMS and Operational Excellence.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
