Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team, hire and train entry-level personnel on a fast-paced shift.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements; maintain inventory control; ensure safety in the plant.
• Train partners on company safety policies and OSHA standards; promote a culture of safety.
• Hands-on management of daily production flow and bottom-line results.
