Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate machinery.
• Willingness to participate in training for future progression.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and load materials, work in process and finished goods.
• Operate machines, perform setup and changeover per instructions.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow policies.
• Record production paper accurately and assist with quality checks.
• Support continuous improvement activities and training of new hires.
