Job summary

Generac in Sussex, Wisconsin, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead daily production operations across multiple lines. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years leading teams and organizing tasks.
• Experience with ERP/SAP and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department to ensure safe, timely, and efficient manufacturing schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of production staff.
• Compile and analyze production data and respond to requests.
• Coach and develop staff; reinforce performance expectations.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives focused on safety, quality and productivity.
