Job summary

Pacific Cheese is hiring a Production Lead for the 2nd shift in Reno, NV. The role leads line workers, trains staff, and ensures safe, efficient operation in a cold warehouse environment.

Starting pay is $27.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday with occasional overtime. Qualifications emphasize leadership, adherence to GMPs, and ability to meet production schedules while maintaining quality and records.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and train other employees.
• Ability to read and follow production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to trainees and line workers to meet production schedules.
• Troubleshoot line issues and coordinate with supervisors to resolve problems.
• Ensure finished goods meet specifications and maintain accurate production records.
• Attend required trainings and follow safety and good manufacturing practices.
