• Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more Business Unit Cells on 2nd shift.
• Apply CORE, LEAN and continuous improvement to raise quality, throughput and delivery.
• Provide leadership to multi-skilled team and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Execute policy, conduct performance reviews, and communicate goals and objectives.
• Support legal obligations including US Government contracting and FAA procedures.
• Set day-to-day goals and modify systems to improve work area effectiveness.
• Flexibility for off-shift work and shift overlap.
