Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years leadership experience in a USDA regulated facility or a bachelor’s degree with two years of leadership.
• Demonstrated production knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to organize work within schedule constraints and handle emergent requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Empowers team members through supervision, training, and feedback to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, HACCP and SQF.
• Coordinate and guide team through startups, changeovers, and sanitation.
• Lead performance appraisals and corrective actions to promote safe teamwork.
• Improve quality, yields, and throughput.
