Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager for the 2nd shift at the Westfield, WI facility. You will work with other managers to drive productivity and quality, and to implement LEAN initiatives across cross‑functional teams.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in food processing, familiarity with GMPs/HACCP, and hands-on leadership to mentor staff, optimize scheduling, and improve safety and efficiency. Travel is possible for training.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in a food-processing organization; GMPs, HACCP knowledge.
• Understanding of production scheduling and run-rates, processing times, change-overs.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, product quality, throughput delivery and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Empower supervisors and production teams to meet or exceed standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and SQF.
• Mentor associates with training and development; communicate performance standards and recognize accomplishments.
• Participate in plant management meetings to discuss production improvements and issue resolution.
