Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in a food-processing organization.
• Knowledge of USDA regulations, GMPs, and HACCP.
• Understanding of production scheduling and run-rates.
• Experience with safe manufacturing operations incl. OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Empowers supervisors and production team members to meet and exceed standards.
• Ensures compliance with safety, GMP, HACCP and related policies.
• Mentors associates, providing training and development.
• Participates in plant management meetings to discuss production improvements.
