Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor schedules and allocate resources to align with customer demands.
• Manage staffing, assignments, vacation, and overtime to ensure coverage.
• Review performance, identify constraints, and implement improvements.
• Ensure equipment, tooling, and materials are available to support production.
