Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Lead Person to guide production activities on the 2nd shift across multiple work cells. You will set up areas, direct the team, and ensure safety and quality while meeting the production schedule.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and strong mechanical aptitude, with proven ability to train staff and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Able to supervise and direct a production team.

Responsabilités

• Set-up of production areas or startup of equipment; inform supervisor of status of orders.
• Direct workforce as assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow production schedule to ensure standards are met.
• Check measurements and quality; maintain quality records as required.
• Train employees and new hires as assigned by the supervisor.
• Support safety, housekeeping and equipment maintenance per procedures.
