Anomatic Corporation in Newark, OH is seeking a Production Lead for the Degreasing department on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-11:30pm). You will guide daily operations, mentor staff, and partner with quality and production teams to sustain product quality and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. Strong communication, organization, and Windows proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• One-year prior leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency—Windows based systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day activities and communications within the department.
• Trains and develops departmental team and leads employees in Continuous Improvement Programs.
• Responsible for the training and development of all new hires and temporary employees.
• Supervises work output and effectiveness for team members.
• Ensures accurate training of employees in proper job performance and expectations.
• Partners with cross-functional team; coordinates with Production Operations and Quality Control to meet throughput and quality standards.
• Documents progress of new employees and assists with 90-day evaluations.
• Monitors progress and performance of operators, material handlers, and printer packers; makes recommendations.
• Tracks and posts daily departmental metrics as established by Plant Management.
• Ensures PPE inventory is adequate for regular production.
• Assists with other duties and projects as required.
