You will start up the machine, adjust speeds, and coordinate with the line team to meet run targets. Candidates should have color vision, basic chemical/process knowledge, maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and willingness to work overtime as

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to differentiate between colors.
• Some knowledge of chemical processes is helpful.
• Good maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with chemicals and dyes is a plus.
• Overtime may be required on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Operate a single anodizing line and monitor all steps for part quality.
• Start up the machine and adjust speed based on part tolerance and line staffing.
• Communicate operating conditions and dye mix with line colleagues.
• Monitor tanks, obtain bath analyses, and adjust processes as needed.
• Ensure proper racks and color boards for each job; maintain safety gear and cleanliness.
• Complete required paperwork and perform other duties as assigned.
