Anomatic Corporation in Newark, Ohio is seeking a production floor operator to efficiently run the degreaser and ensure parts are cleaned and ready for anodizing. This second shift role requires attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentages.
• Able to differentiate between different part numbers as well as ability to read and write in English for required written records.
• Use a hand-held calculator.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Wear safety equipment, including safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, arm guards, and gloves.

Responsibilities

• Load parts in baskets and unload after degreasing.
• Weigh parts following degreasing and complete records.
• Set and operate scales for accurate piece counts.
• Ensure different part numbers and customer orders are not mixed on a skid.
• Use a pallet jack to move product to degreasing lines.
• Multitask and maintain a fast pace.
• Maintain a clean work area (trash, sweeping, mopping).
• Other duties as directed.

Pay

$18.00/hr

JOB SUMMARY

This production floor position is responsible for the efficient operation of a degreaser by monitoring all steps to ensure that all parts come out clean and ready for Anodizing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Properly load parts in baskets and unload parts after degreasing process
• Weigh parts following degreasing and complete any required written records
• Set and operate scales to do accurate piece counts
• Ensure different part numbers and customer orders are not mixed on a skid
• Use of pallet jack to pull product to the degreasing lines
• Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
• Maintain a clean work area including but, not limited to:
• Empty Trash
• Sweep degreasing area
• Mop floor as needed
• Other duties as directed
